- The individual will execute, monitor and continuously improve production tasks assigned to the Statistical Operations function such as sample maintenance and data quality check.
- Understand routine execution processes with attention to detail and identify areas for automation and improvement
- Execute statistical operations and related project work processes. Execution work requires an understanding of universe aspects, sample design, data query and all related activities during the manufacturing process, potentially for different countries.
- Participate in development and drive standardization and process efficiencies for method-related processes/applications.
- Engage with cross-functional teams (DA / DSci / Output and Input Operations) to gather information and coordinate tasks to improve data quality and continuous business process improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree, preference given to statistics, mathematics and computer science.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- High degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail.
- Good analytical skills and aptitude for data and operational processes.
- Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.).
- Knowledge of general business language (English): speaking and writing.
- Excel is a must, good at SQL and Python and R is a plus.
